Jim Anderson

Jim Anderson is the founder and President of Key-Connections, a leadership development coaching and consulting company located in Evergreen, Colorado. Prior to his consulting career, Jim worked as a third- generation member of a family agri-business in Ohio where he gained invaluable line management, and executive leadership experience. He was involved in leading and engaging teams in navigating significant market disruptions and transformative change. After 15 years in the family business Jim’s entrepreneurial spirit compelled him to venture out and start his own business. Over the past three decades, Jim has built a successful and fulfilling consulting and executive coaching practice supporting his clients in learning how to embrace disruption as a catalyst for growth and innovation, rather than as a
source of disturbance or as a threat. Jim specializes in supporting individuals and teams who want to improve leadership skills, develop subtler presence and self-awareness, expand their capacity to grow meaningful, sustainable relationships, and to consistently achieve results.

Born and raised in Northwest, Ohio.
Served as captain of the Ohio State Wrestling Team and has coached high school wrestling ever since.
Graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Economics.
Married to his lifelong partner and best friend Kristan.
Blessed with the stewardship of five children and recently joined the ranks as grandpa to two priceless granddaughters.
Blessed to live in the Colorado Rocky Mountains just west of Denver.
Worked for 15 years in a $4-5 billion multi-generation family Agri-business, gaining tremendous leadership and business experience.
Started Key Connections in 1992 providing strategic consulting and executive coaching services.
